Immunofluorescence (IF)

(Fluorescent confocal image of Hela cell stained withMBS646168. Hela cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10min), then incubated with MBS646168 (1:25, 1hr at 37 degree C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50min at 37 degree C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1hr at 37 degree C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10ug/ml, 10min). TARDBP immunoreactivity is localized to nucleus significantly and Cytoplasm weakly.)

Product Notes

The TARDBP tardbp (Catalog #AAA6353607) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TARDBP, NT (TARDBP, TDP43, TAR DNA-binding protein 43) (MaxLight 550) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TARDBP can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), FLISA. Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TARDBP tardbp for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TARDBP, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
