Rabbit SVH Polyclonal Antibody | anti-SVH antibody
SVH Polyclonal Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein that contains an armadillo repeat and transmembrane domain. The encoded protein decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, and may play a role in cell growth and survival. Upregulation of this gene may play a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 3. Uniprot Description
ARMC10: May play a role in cell survival and cell growth. May suppress the transcriptional activity of p53/TP53. 5 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Membrane protein, integral; Endoplasmic reticulum
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 7q22.1
Cellular Component: endoplasmic reticulum membrane; mitochondrion; integral to membrane
Biological Process: regulation of growth

Product Notes
The SVH armc10 (Catalog #AAA3015497) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SVH Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Pig, Cow, Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SVH can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500-2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SVH armc10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SVH, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
