Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for SUZ12 detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, ICC, FCM, Direct ELISA in Human; Mouse.

Background: Polycomb protein SUZ12 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SUZ12 gene. It is mapped to 17q11.2. This zinc finger gene has been identified at the breakpoints of a recurrent chromosomal translocation reported in endometrial stromal sarcoma. Recombination of these breakpoints results in the fusion of this gene and JAZF1. The protein encoded by this gene contains a zinc finger domain in the C terminus of the coding region.

Product Notes

The SUZ12 suz12 (Catalog #AAA1752836) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SUZ12 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SUZ12 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Direct ELISA (EIA). WB: 0.25-0.5ug/mL IHC-P: 0.5-1ug/mL ICC: 0.5-1ug/mL FC/FACS: 1-3mug/1x106 cells ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/mL Tested Species: In-house tested species with positive results. By Heat: Boiling the paraffin sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH6.0, for 20mins is required for the staining of formalin/paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SUZ12 suz12 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SUZ12, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
