Related Product Information for anti-SNTB1 antibody
Dystrophin is a large, rod-like cytoskeletal protein found at the inner surface of muscle fibers. Dystrophin is missing in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients and is present in reduced amounts in Becker Muscular Dystrophy patients. The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein found associated with dystrophin and dystrophin-related proteins. This gene is a member of the syntrophin gene family, which contains at least two other structurally-related genes.

Product Notes
The SNTB1 sntb1 (Catalog #
AAA6349454) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SNTB1, ID (SNTB1, SNT2B1, Beta-1-syntrophin, 59kD dystrophin-associated protein A1 basic component 1, BSYN2, Syntrophin-2, Tax interaction protein 43) (Biotin) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SNTB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:100-500 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNTB1 sntb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of
"SNTB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of
the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always
suggest centrifuging these vials
to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to
opening. Please be advised that
certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an
additional dry ice fee may also be
required.
