Related Product Information for anti-SLMAP antibody
This gene encodes a component of a conserved striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase complex. Striatin family complexes participate in a variety of cellular processes including signaling, cell cycle control, cell migration, Golgi assembly, and apoptosis. The protein encoded by this gene is a coiled-coil, tail-anchored membrane protein with a single C-terminal transmembrane domain that is posttranslationally inserted into membranes. Mutations in this gene are associated with Brugada syndrome, a cardiac channelopathy. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Product Notes

The SLMAP slmap (Catalog #AAA9134372) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SLMAP Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SLMAP can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500 - 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SLMAP slmap for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: IDTENLREEK DSEITSTRDE LLSARDEILL LHQAAAKVAS ERDTDIASLQ EELKKVRAEL ERWRKAASEY EKEITSLQNS FQLRCQQCED QQREEATRLQ GELEKLRKEW NALETECHSL KRENVLLSSE LQRQEKELHN SQKQSLELTS DLSILQMSRK ELENQVGSLK EQHLRDSADL KTLLSKAENQ AKDVQKEYEK TQTVLSELKL KFEMTEQEKQ SITDELKQCK NNLKLLREKG NNKPWPWMPM L. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SLMAP, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
