Related Product Information for anti-SLC35E1 antibody
The solute carrier family of human NSTs are designated as SLC35. In eukaryotes, the SLC35 family of solute carriers are responsible for their selective uptake into the Endoplasmic Reticulum or Golgi apparatus. The SLC35 family is highly conserved type III transmembrane proteins that are divided into 7 subfamilies (SLC35A-G). SLC35E1 belongs to the TPT transporter family and SLC35E subfamily. SLC35E1 is also known as FLJ14251. The SLC35E1 protein is ubiquitously expressed in prostate, lung and other tissues. Structurally, the encoded SLC35E1 protein is reported to be 44773 Da in mass.

Product Notes

The SLC35E1 (Catalog #AAA8109035) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SLC35E1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SLC35E1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500-1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SLC35E1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SLC35E1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
