Rabbit anti-Human Siglec 11 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-SIGLEC11 antibody
Siglec 11, CT (Sialic Acid-binding Ig-like Lectin 11, Sialic Acid-binding Lectin 11, Siglec 11, UNQ9222/PRO28718) (MaxLight 550)
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) using MBS626763. This demonstrates that MBS626763 detected the SIGLEC11 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue using MBS626763 followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of MBS626763 for immunohistochemistry.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin family. These cell surface lectins are characterized by structural motifs in the immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domains and sialic acid recognition sites in the first Ig V set domain. This family member mediates anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2011]

Product Notes
The SIGLEC11 (Catalog #AAA6499486) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Siglec 11, CT (Sialic Acid-binding Ig-like Lectin 11, Sialic Acid-binding Lectin 11, Siglec 11, UNQ9222/PRO28718) (MaxLight 550) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Siglec 11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SIGLEC11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Siglec 11, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
