IP: 2ug Reported to immunoprecipitate SHIP from Ramos cells (human B cell line).
IB: 0.5-2ug/ml Detects SHIP in RIPA lysates from human TF-1 cells (a bone marrow erythroleukemia cell line). TF-1 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with S1013-20A (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
IB: 0.5-2ug/ml Detects SHIP in RIPA lysates from human TF-1 cells (a bone marrow erythroleukemia cell line). TF-1 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with S1013-20A (2ug/ml). Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
