Rabbit SH3 domain containing ring finger 1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-SH3RF1 antibody
Rabbit anti-human SH3 domain containing ring finger 1 polyclonal Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein containing an N-terminus RING-finger, four SH3 domains, and a region implicated in binding of the Rho GTPase Rac. Via the RING-finger, the encoded protein has been shown to function as an ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in protein sorting at the trans-Golgi network. The encoded protein may also act as a scaffold for the c-Jun N-terminal kinase signaling pathway, facilitating the formation of a functional signaling module. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
SH3RF1: Acts as a scaffold protein, contributes to Rac-induced signal transduction such as JNKs (MAPK8 and MAPK9) activation and induces apoptosis. Within a signaling complex, it probably recruits protein kinases such as MAP3K10 or MAP3K11 which are in turn activated leading to the sequential activation of MAP2K4, MAP2K7 and JNKs (MAPK8 and MAPK9). May be involved in targeting of HIV-1 GAG and GAG-POL polyproteins to the plasma membrane. Belongs to the SH3RF family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The SH3RF1 sh3rf1 (Catalog #AAA711372) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-human SH3 domain containing ring finger 1 polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SH3 domain containing ring finger 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SH3RF1 sh3rf1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SH3 domain containing ring finger 1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
