Rabbit anti-Human, Rat SDCCAG3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-SDCCAG3 antibody
SDCCAG3 Antibody
IHC: 1:50-1:200
ELISA(peptide): 1:20,000-1:40,000
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of extracts from MOLT4, using SDCCAG3 Antibody. The lane on the left was treated with blocking peptide.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Paraffin
(MBS9612435 at 1/100 staining Rat brain tissue by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Paraffin
(MBS9612435 at 1/100 staining Human colorectal cancer by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)
Post Translational Modifications: Phosphorylated.
Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Early endosome. Endosome. Recycling endosome. Midbody. Cytoplasm>Cytoskeleton>Microtubule organizing center>Centrosome. Cytoplasm>Cytoskeleton>Cilium basal body. Note: Colocalizes in a WASHC2-dependent manner with the retromer CSC complex at endosomes (PubMed:25278552). During cytokinesis colocalized with PTPN13 at the midbody (PubMed:23108400). Colocalizes with IFT88 and gamma-tubulin at the basal body of primary cilia (PubMed:27767179). Colocalizes with IFT88 and pericentrin at the centrosome (PubMed:27767179).
Tissue Specificity: Expressed in the colon (at protein level).
Subunit Structure: Found in a complex with ENTR1, PTPN13 and GIT1 (PubMed:23108400). Interacts with PTPN13 (via the FERM domain) (PubMed:23108400). Interacts (via N-terminus) with GIT1 (via N- and C-terminus); this interaction is direct (PubMed:23108400). Interacts with NOD2 (PubMed:27812135). Interacts (via N-terminus) with IFT88 (PubMed:27767179). Interacts with VPS35 (PubMed:25278552).
Similarity: Tne N-terminal domain is necessary and sufficient for basal body localization and ciliogenesis.Belongs to the ENTR1 family.

Product Notes
The SDCCAG3 sdccag3 (Catalog #AAA9612435) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SDCCAG3 Antibody reacts with Human, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SDCCAG3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC: 1:50-1:200 ELISA(peptide): 1:20,000-1:40,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SDCCAG3 sdccag3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SDCCAG3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
