Related Product Information for anti-RNLS antibody
Probable FAD-dependent amine oxidase secreted by the kidney, which circulates in blood and modulates cardiac function and systemic blood pressure. Degrades catecholamines such as dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine in vitro. Lowers blood pressure in vivo by decreasing cardiac contractility and heart rate and preventing a compensatory increase in peripheral vascular tone, suggesting a causal link to the increased plasma catecholamine and heightened cardiovascular risk. High concentrations of catecholamines activate plasma renalase and promotes its secretion and synthesis. It is unlikely that renalase has physiologically relevant catecholamine-oxidizing activity.

Product Notes

The RNLS (Catalog #AAA6371555) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RNLS (Renalase, Monoamine Oxidase-C, MAO-C, C10orf59, FLJ11218) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RNLS can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RNLS for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RNLS, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
