(Mouse macrophage cells (RAW 264.7) grown on glass coverslips and infected with respiratory syncytial virus. Cells were fixed with ice-cold acetone blocked with 1% BSA in PBS, pH 7.4 and double stained with MBS612352 and mouse anti-human ICAM-1 (Intercellular adhesion molecule-1) mAb for 1h at 37 degree C. The cells were subsequently incubated with secondary antibodies: rabbit antigoat IgG-PE (phycoerythrin) conjugate and sheep anti-mouse IgG-FITC conjugate, and were finally mounted in DAPI antifade (nuclear stain). RSV is distributed on the cell surface and in the cytoplasm (red fluorescence), ICAM-1 is localized mostly on the cell surface (green fluorescence), nuclei are visualized by staining with DAPI (blue fluorescence).)

Preparation and Storage
Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
