Rabbit anti-Human RANBP9 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-RANBP9 antibody
RANBP9, ID (Ran-binding Protein 9, RanBP9, RanBP7, Ran-binding Protein M, RanBPM, BPM90, BPM-L) (MaxLight 490)
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of RANBP9 Antibody (Center) in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). RANBP9 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with RANBP9 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of MDA-231 cells using RANBP9 Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
RANBP9: May act as an adapter protein to couple membrane receptors to intracellular signaling pathways. May be involved in signaling of ITGB2/LFA-1 and other integrins. Enhances HGF-MET signaling by recruiting Sos and activating the Ras pathway. Enhances dihydrotestosterone-induced transactivation activity of AR, as well as dexamethasone-induced transactivation activity of NR3C1, but not affect estrogen-induced transactivation. Stabilizes TP73 isoform Alpha, probably by inhibiting its ubiquitination, and increases its proapoptotic activity. Inhibits the kinase activity of DYRK1A and DYRK1B. Inhibits FMR1 binding to RNA. Belongs to the RANBP9/10 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Nuclear receptor co-regulator; Adaptor/scaffold; GAPs; GAPs, Ras
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 6p23
Cellular Component: microtubule associated complex; nucleus; cytosol
Molecular Function: protein binding; enzyme binding; Ran GTPase binding
Biological Process: axon guidance; protein complex assembly; microtubule nucleation

Product Notes
The RANBP9 ranbp9 (Catalog #AAA6496788) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RANBP9, ID (Ran-binding Protein 9, RanBP9, RanBP7, Ran-binding Protein M, RanBPM, BPM90, BPM-L) (MaxLight 490) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RANBP9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RANBP9 ranbp9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RANBP9, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
