Related Product Information for anti-PPP2R3C antibody
This gene encodes a regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine phosphatase, protein phosphatase 2. This protein is localized to both nuclear and cytoplasmic regions depending on cell cycle phase. Homozygous conditional knockout mice for this gene exhibit reduced numbers and impaired proliferation of immune system B cells. This protein may regulate the expression of the P-glycoprotein ATP-binding cassette transporter through its phosphatase activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Product Notes

The PPP2R3C ppp2r3c (Catalog #AAA3222185) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PPP2R3C Antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PPP2R3C can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PPP2R3C ppp2r3c for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: TKYYSEWKGG RKNTNEFYKT IPRFYYRLPA EDEVLLQKLR EESRAVFLQR. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PPP2R3C, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
