Immunogen
Synthetic peptides corresponding to the first 15aa from the N-terminal and the last 15aa on the C-terminal of mouse p67-phox (KLH).
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemistry: Slices from perfused rat brains (0.9% saline and 10% formalin; 40um slices) were used for immunohistochemical staining with MBS611006 (1:2000 incubated for 24 hr). Detection was with a Tyramide Amplification kit. The image shown is of labeled cells in the cortex of a normal male rat brain (magnification is 20X). Data generously provided by Ken Brittian, University of Louisville.)
