NUDCD1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 193-223 amino acids from the Central region of human NUDCD1.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

NUDCD1 is expressed in leukemias and a variety of solid tumor cell lines. Northern blot analysis showed expression in normal tissues restricted to testis and heart, and no expression was found in hematopoietic tissues.
