Rabbit NR2F2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-NR2F2 antibody
NR2F2 Antibody
Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the steroid thyroid hormone superfamily of nuclear receptors. The encoded protein is a ligand inducible transcription factor that is involved in the regulation of many different genes. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Uniprot Description
NR2F2: Ligand-activated transcription factor. Activated by high concentrations of 9-cis-retinoic acid and all-trans-retinoic acid, but not by dexamethasone, cortisol or progesterone (in vitro). Regulation of the apolipoprotein A-I gene transcription. Binds to DNA site A. Interacts with SQSTM1. Binds DNA as a dimer; homodimer or heterodimer with NR2F6. Interacts with NCOA1, NCOA2, NCOA3 and PPARGC1A. Interacts with ZFPM2. Ubiquitous. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR2 subfamily. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The NR2F2 nr2f2 (Catalog #AAA9412781) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NR2F2 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NR2F2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Western blotting: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NR2F2 nr2f2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NR2F2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
