Related Product Information for anti-NDUFA5 antibody
The NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 5 (NDUFA5) is a nuclear-encoded structural subunit of CI, located in the peripheral arm. The human gene NDUFA5 encodes a 13-kDa subunit of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I (NADH: ubiquinone oxidoreductase). The gene contains 5 exons and 4 introns and spans 14 kb of genomic DNA. The product of the NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 1 alpha subcomplex 5 (NDUFA5) gene is included in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. The NDUFA5 expression may contribute to the multi-step carcinogenesis in human cervical cancer. ATP5A1 (Complex V), ATP5G3 (Complex V), and NDUFA5 (Complex I) showed consistently reduced expression in the brain regions of autism patients.

Product Notes

The NDUFA5 (Catalog #AAA8109364) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NDUFA5 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NDUFA5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDUFA5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NDUFA5, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
