WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of NAT8 Antibody (Center) in ZR-75-1 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). NAT8 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(NAT8 Antibody (Center) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the NAT8 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene, isolated using the differential display method to detect tissue-specific genes, is specifically expressed in kidney and liver. The encoded protein shows amino acid sequence similarity to N-acetyltransferases. A similar protein in Xenopus affects cell adhesion and gastrulation movements, and may be localized in the secretory pathway. A highly similar paralog is found in a cluster with this gene. Product Notes
The NAT8 nat8 (Catalog #AAA6323957) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NAT8, ID (NAT8, CML1, GLA, TSC501, Probable N-acetyltransferase 8, Camello-like protein 1) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NAT8 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50-100 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NAT8 nat8 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NAT8, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
