Application Notes
Dilution: ELISA: Detection by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution), requires a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of antibody. This antigen-affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well.
Western Blot: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Immunogen
Highly purified (>98%) recombinant antigen.
Country of Origin
USA
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with DH2O to a concentration of >0.2mg/ml.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Product Notes

The Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3, Murine (Catalog #AAA614952) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3, Murine (MCP-3, MARC) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3, Murine can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Neutralization. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3, Murine for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3, Murine, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
