Rabbit M JMJD3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-Kdm6b antibody
M JMJD3 Antibody (C-term)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of anti-JMJD3 C-term Pab in untransfected 293 cells (left) and transfected 293 cells (right). The detection of a prominent band at 180kDa is observed on transfected 293 cells but not on the untransfected 293 cells. Data kindly provided by Dr.Gioacchino Natoli of European Institute of Oncology.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human Skeletal Muscle tissue reacted with JMJD3 Antibody(C-term) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
JMJD3: Histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys- 27' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. Demethylates trimethylated and dimethylated H3 'Lys-27'. Plays a central role in regulation of posterior development, by regulating HOX gene expression. Involved in inflammatory response by participating in macrophage differentiation in case of inflammation by regulating gene expression and macrophage differentiation. Interacts with TLE1. Component of the MLL4 complex, at least composed of MLL4, ASH2L, RBBP5, WDR5, and KDM6B. By 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) in myeloid leukemia cells. Belongs to the UTX family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

The Kdm6b kdm6b (Catalog #AAA9212657) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 1606-1641. The M JMJD3 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Mouse (Predicted Reactivity: Human) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's M JMJD3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Kdm6b kdm6b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "M JMJD3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
