Related Product Information for anti-LZTR1 antibody
LZTR1, a member of the BTB-kelch superfamily, was initially described as a putative transcriptional regulator based on weak homology to members of the basic leucine zipper-like family, the encoded protein subsequently has been shown to localize exclusively to the Golgi network where it may help stabilize the Golgi complex. Deletion of this gene may be associated with DiGeorge syndrome, a developmental field defect involving the third and fourth pharyngeal pouches, causing the absence of thymus and parathyroid glands, congenital cardiac abnormalities and facial dysmorphism. LZTR1 is tyrosine phosphorylated and subsequently degraded upon induction of apoptosis.

Product Notes

The LZTR1 lztr1 (Catalog #AAA9410762) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LZTR1 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LZTR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LZTR1 lztr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LZTR1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
