Related Product Information for anti-LMX1B antibody
This gene encodes a member of LIM-homeodomain family of proteins containing two N-terminal zinc-binding LIM domains, 1 homeodomain, and a C-terminal glutamine-rich domain. It functions as a transcription factor, and is essential for the normal development of dorsal limb structures, the glomerular basement membrane, the anterior segment of the eye, and dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons. Mutations in this gene are associated with nail-patella syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Product Notes

The LMX1B lmx1b (Catalog #AAA9134031) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LMX1B Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LMX1B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500 - 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LMX1B lmx1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MDIATGPESL ERCFPRGQTD CAKMLDGIKM EEHALRPGPA TLGVLLGSDC PHPAVCEGCQ RPISDRFLMR VNESSWHEEC LQCAACQQAL TTSCYFRDRK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LMX1B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
