Western Blot (WB)
(IL1RL2 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the IL1RL2 antibody detected the IL1RL2 protein (arrow).)
Western Blot(WB)

Flow Cytometry (FC)
(IL1RL2 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
Flow Cytometry (FC)
(Overlay histogram showing K562 cells stained with MBS9209873 (green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min). The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (MBS9209873, 1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed(OH191631) at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37ºC. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG (1ug/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed.)

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the interleukin 1 receptor family. An experiment with transient gene expression demonstrated that this receptor was incapable of binding to interleukin 1 alpha and interleukin 1 beta with high affinity. This gene and four other interleukin 1 receptor family genes, including interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1), interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2), interleukin 1 receptor-like 1 (IL1RL1), and interleukin 18 receptor 1 (IL18R1), form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12. Product Notes
The IL1RL2 il1rl2 (Catalog #AAA9209873) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 257-286. The IL1RL2 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IL1RL2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). WB~~1:1000 FC~~1:25. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL1RL2 il1rl2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IL1RL2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
