Recognizes mouse IgG, IgA and IgM. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Goat IgG F(c), anti-Pepsin or Human Serum Proteins. It is suitable for the detection of all Mouse immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations.
