Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of HNRNPR (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal HNRNPR Antibody (N-term) (MBS9214149). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the HNRNPR gene.)
Western Blot (WB)
(All lanes : Anti-HNRNPR Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: 293T/17 whole cell lysate Lane 2: A431 whole cell lysate Lane 3: A549 whole cell lysate Lane 4: HepG2 whole cell lysate Lane 5: MOLT-4 whole cell lysate Lane 6: U-251 MG whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 71 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.)
Western Blot
(All lanes : Anti-HNRNPR Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: 293T/17 whole cell lysate Lane 2: A549 whole cell lysate Lane 3: Hela whole cell lysate Lane 4: HepG2 whole cell lysate Lane 5: HT-29 whole cell lysate Lane 6: MOLT-4 whole cell lysate Lane 7: U-251 MG whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 71, 67 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using MBS9214149 performed on the Leica® BOND RXm. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a EDTA buffer (pH9. 0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody(1:1000) for 1 hours at room temperature. A undiluted biotinylated CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)
Flow Cytometry (FC)
(Overlay histogram showing HeLa cells stained with MBS9214149(green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10 min. The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (MBS9214149, 1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37ºC. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG1 (1ug/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed.)

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes an RNA-binding protein that is a member of the spliceosome C complex, which functions in pre-mRNA processing and transport. The encoded protein also promotes transcription at the c-fos gene. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. There are pseudogenes for this gene on chromosomes 4, 11, and 10. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014]
Uniprot Description
hnRNP R: Component of ribonucleosomes, which are complexes of at least 20 other different heterogenious nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNP). hnRNP play an important role in processing of precursor mRNA in the nucleus. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: RNA-binding; Spliceosome; RNA splicing
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 1p36.12
Cellular Component: nucleoplasm; spliceosome; cytoplasm; nucleolus; ribonucleoprotein complex
Molecular Function: protein binding; RNA binding; nucleotide binding
Biological Process: nuclear mRNA splicing, via spliceosome; RNA splicing; gene expression; mRNA processing

Product Notes
The HNRNPR hnrnpr (Catalog #AAA9214149) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 95-123. The HNRNPR Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HNRNPR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin-Leica, Flow Cytometry (FC), ELISA (EIA). IF~~1:25 WB~~1:2000 IHC-P-Leica~~1:1000 FC~~1:25. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HNRNPR hnrnpr for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HNRNPR, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
