Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000
Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Immunogen
Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum]
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.

Product Notes

The GstS1 gsts1 (Catalog #AAA620475) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum] (AP) reacts with Goat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum] can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GstS1 gsts1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum], Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
