Rabbit anti-Human FYB1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-FYB1 antibody
FYB1 Antibody - N-terminal region
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is an adapter for the FYN protein and LCP2 signaling cascades in T-cells. The encoded protein is involved in platelet activation and controls the expression of interleukin-2. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011]
Uniprot Description
SLAP-130: an adapter protein for fyn and the SH2-domain-containing leucocyte protein-76 (SLP76) in T cells. T-cell receptor ligation leads to increased tyrosine phosphorylation of SLAP-130. Two alternatively spliced isoforms have been described.
Protein type: Adaptor/scaffold
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 5p13.1
Cellular Component: cytosol; nucleus; actin cytoskeleton
Molecular Function: protein binding; protein complex binding; receptor binding
Biological Process: immune response; NLS-bearing substrate import into nucleus; signal transduction; T cell receptor signaling pathway; protein amino acid phosphorylation

Product Notes
The FYB1 fyb (Catalog #AAA3223376) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FYB1 Antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FYB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FYB1 fyb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: QARKNLFNNQ GNASPPAGPS NVPKFGSPKP PVAVKPSSEE KPDKEPKPPF. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FYB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
