(Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with MBS7106505 at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4 degree C.The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).)

NCBI Description

This intronless gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors, which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The protein encoded functions as a lens-specific transcription factor and plays an important role in vertebrate lens formation. Mutations in this gene are associated with anterior segment mesenchymal dysgenesis and congenital primary aphakia. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2009]

Product Notes

The FOXE3 foxe3 (Catalog #AAA7106505) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FOXE3 Antibody reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FOXE3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF). WB: 1:500-1:5000 IF: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FOXE3 foxe3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FOXE3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
