Application Notes
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry.
Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected Flt3 in RIPA lysates from HeLa cells and mouse Bafl-3 cells. Bafl-3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with F4600-08 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated Flt3 from 500ug of mouse Bafl-3 RIPA lysate.
Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml showed positive immunostaining for Flt3 in mouse Bafl-3 cells fixed with methanol and permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 for 5 mins.
