The antibody may be used in ELISA and Immuno-affinity-chromatography (IAC).
Suggested dilution 1:50,000 in ELISA depending on the conjugate (this titer is defined as the dilution that gives 50 % of the absorbance from the maximum absorbance when tested with ELISA). Plates are coated with 400 ng/ml ovalbumine-conjugated fenitrothion. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit Ig should be used as a tracer in a 1:8,000 dilution.

Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or -20 degree C. The working antibody solution is stable for at least 7 days at 4 degree C. Precautions should be taken for storage for longer periods. Problems of long term stability may occur with highly diluted solutions.
