Related Product Information for anti-FEM1A antibody
FEM1A (FEM-1 homolog a), also known as EPRAP (Prostaglandin E receptor 4-associated protein), is a 669 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that belongs to the FEM-1 family. FEM1A is present in atheromata and in macrophages derived from peripheral blood monocytes. FEM1A may be a component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex and functions as a substrate recognition subunit. It is suggested that FEM1A participates in anti-inflammatory signaling of macrophages via its interaction with EP4. FEM1A is down-regulated in Rhabdomyosarcoma, the most common soft tissue neoplasm of children. FEM1A is considered a candidate gene for polycystic ovary syndrome.

Product Notes

The FEM1A fem1a (Catalog #AAA9407517) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FEM1A Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FEM1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FEM1A fem1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FEM1A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
