Rabbit anti-Human FBX09 / FBXO9 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-FBX09 antibody
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human FBX09 / FBXO9
Usage: Immunohistochemistry: was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antib...
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Anti-FBXO9 antibody IHC of human pancreas. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Anti-FBOX9 Antibody - Western Blot. Western blot of affinity purified anti-FBOX9 antibody shows detection of a band at ~100 kD (arrowhead) believed to correspond to FBOX9 present in a MCF7 whole cell lysate (lane 1). Specific band reactivity is greatly diminished when the antibody is pre-incubated with the immunizing peptide (data not shown). Approximately 35 ug of lysate was separated by 4-20% Tris Glycine SDS-PAGE. After blocking, the membrane was probed overnight at 4C with the primary antibody diluted to 1:1500. The membrane was washed and reacted with a 1:10000 dilution of IRDye800 conjugated Gt-a-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (for 45 min at room temperature (800 nm channel, green). Molecular weight estimation was made by comparison to prestained MW markers (indicated at left, 700 nm channel, red). IRDye800 fluorescence image was captured using the Odyssey Infrared Imaging System developed by LI-COR. IRDye is a trademark of LI-COR, Inc. Other detection systems will yield similar results.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the F-box protein family which is characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of the ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes: Fbws containing WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, and Fbxs containing either different protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing of this gene generates at least 3 transcript variants diverging at the 5' terminus. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

AAA Biotech's FBX09 / FBXO9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). ELISA (1:5000 - 1:25000), IF, IHC-P (5 ug/ml), WB (1:500 - 1:2000) Usage: Immunohistochemistry: was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antib.. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FBX09 fbxo9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FBX09 / FBXO9, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
