Western Blot: Approx.150kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates (calculated MW of 123kDa according to NP_056107.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FAM62A a band of approx.120kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
