Related Product Information for anti-ETV5 antibody
The ETS family of transcription factors is involved in several normal remodeling events and pathological processes including tumor progression. ETS transcription factors are divided into subfamilies based on the sequence and location of the ETS domain. ETV5 (Ets variant gene 5; also known as ERM) is a member of the PEA3 subfamily. Like other ETS proteins, Etv5 recognizes and binds GGAA/T, the Ets specific consensus sequence, through the Ets domain. Etv5 is involved in cell development. Etv5 expression is increased by IL-12/STAT4 signaling, not by IFNgamma-STAT1 signaling during Th1 cell development. Etv5 increases IL-10 production in vitro and in vivo by binding the Il10 locus and recruiting IL-10 inducing transcription factors.

Product Notes

The ETV5 etv5 (Catalog #AAA8101020) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ERM/ETV5 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ERM/ETV5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:2500-1:10,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ETV5 etv5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ERM/ETV5, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
