Rabbit anti-Human EMILIN1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-EMILIN1 antibody
EMILIN1, NT (EMILIN-1, Elastin Microfibril Interface-located Protein 1, Elastin Microfibril Interfacer 1, EMI)
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:50-1:100
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of EMILIN1 Antibody (N-term) in K562 and 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). EMILIN1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle with EMILIN1 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells using EMILIN1 Antibody (N-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes an extracellular matrix glycoprotein that is characterized by an N-terminal microfibril interface domain, a coiled-coiled alpha-helical domain, a collagenous domain and a C-terminal globular C1q domain. The encoded protein associates with elastic fibers at the interface between elastin and microfibrils and may play a role in the development of elastic tissues including large blood vessels, dermis, heart and lung. [provided by RefSeq]
Uniprot Description
EMILIN1: May be responsible for anchoring smooth muscle cells to elastic fibers, and may be involved not only in the formation of the elastic fiber, but also in the processes that regulate vessel assembly. Has cell adhesive capacity.

Product Notes
The EMILIN1 emilin1 (Catalog #AAA627089) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The EMILIN1, NT (EMILIN-1, Elastin Microfibril Interface-located Protein 1, Elastin Microfibril Interfacer 1, EMI) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's EMILIN1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EMILIN1 emilin1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "EMILIN1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
