Rabbit anti-Human CTSO Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CTSO antibody
CTSO, NT (CTSO, CTSO1, Cathepsin O) (AP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(CTSO Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in ZR-75-1 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the CTSO antibody detected the CTSO protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(CTSO Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human stomach tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of CTSO Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by the gene is a cysteine proteinase and a member of the papain superfamily. This proteolytic enzyme is involved in cellular protein degradation and turnover. The recombinant form of this enzyme was shown to degrade synthetic peptides typically used as substrates for cysteine proteinases and its proteolytic activity was abolished by an inhibitor of cyteine proteinase. Product Notes
The CTSO ctso (Catalog #AAA6289935) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CTSO, NT (CTSO, CTSO1, Cathepsin O) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CTSO can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CTSO ctso for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CTSO, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
