Rabbit anti-Human CRFR1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CRFR1 antibody
CRFR1 (Q103) (CRHR1, CRFR, CRFR1, CRHR, Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1, Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1) (FITC)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) using 034219. This demonstrates that 034219 detected the CRFR1 protein (arrow).)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow Cytometric analysis of K562 cells using 034219 (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that binds neuropeptides of the corticotropin releasing hormone family that are major regulators of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal pathway. The encoded protein is essential for the activation of signal transduction pathways that regulate diverse physiological processes including stress, reproduction, immune response and obesity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Readthrough transcription also exists between this gene and upstream GeneID:401884 (ADP-ribosylation factor 3 pseudogene), and the readthrough transcripts encode isoforms that share similarity with the products of this gene. Product Notes
The CRFR1 crhr1 (Catalog #AAA6288772) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CRFR1 (Q103) (CRHR1, CRFR, CRFR1, CRHR, Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1, Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CRFR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA. Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CRFR1 crhr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CRFR1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
