ICC: Positive immunostaining for CoREST in cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde pH 7.3 for 10-15 minutes
WB: 0.1-0.5ug/ml detects CoREST in RIPA lysates from A431, 3T3/A31, Jurkat, and Hela cells. Reported to be detected in RIPA lysates from HEK 293, L6, PC12, C6 cells and liver, muscle, heart and brain tissue.
IHC: Reported to detect CoREST in tissue sections.
IP: 2.5ug immunoprecipitates CoREST from 250ug of A431 RIPA lysate.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
