Max Dilution: 1/50
Immunohistology - Paraffin: Min Dilution: 1/10
Max Dilution: 1/50
Application Note: This product requires antigen retrieval using 1mg/ml pepsin in 0.5M acetic acid for 2 hours at 37 degree C and multiple buffer washes prior to staining of paraffin sections.
ELISA: Min Dilution: 1/500
Max Dilution: 1/3000
1% Mannitol
Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. We recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
After reconstitution store at -20 degree C.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of reconstitution.

The RABBIT ANTI HUMAN COLLAGEN I reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's COLLAGEN I can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology - Frozen (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistology - Paraffin (IHC). Immunohistology - Frozen: Min Dilution: 1/10 Max Dilution: 1/50 Immunohistology - Paraffin: Min Dilution: 1/10 Max Dilution: 1/50 Application Note: This product requires antigen retrieval using 1mg/ml pepsin in 0.5M acetic acid for 2 hours at 37 degree C and multiple buffer washes prior to staining of paraffin sections. ELISA: Min Dilution: 1/500 Max Dilution: 1/3000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the COL1A2 col1a2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "COLLAGEN I, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
