Rabbit anti-Rat Coagulation Factor X (F10) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-F10 antibody
Polyclonal Antibody to Coagulation Factor X (F10)
IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200
ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
clotting factor that competes with prothrombin in the ER membrane for binding to gamma carboxylase [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
F10: Factor Xa is a vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting. Defects in F10 are the cause of factor X deficiency (FA10D). A hemorrhagic disease with variable presentation. Affected individuals can manifest prolonged nasal and mucosal hemorrhage, menorrhagia, hematuria, and occasionally hemarthrosis. Some patients do not have clinical bleeding diathesis. Belongs to the peptidase S1 family.
Protein type: Secreted; Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; Lipid-binding; Protease; EC 3.4.21.6; Secreted, signal peptide
Cellular Component: intracellular membrane-bound organelle; membrane; extracellular region
Molecular Function: serine-type endopeptidase activity; phospholipid binding; calcium ion binding
Biological Process: positive regulation of protein kinase B signaling cascade; blood coagulation; proteolysis

Product Notes
The F10 f10 (Catalog #AAA2111998) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Coagulation Factor X (F10) reacts with Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Coagulation Factor X (F10) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 0.5-2ug/mL; 1:500-2000 IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200 ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the F10 f10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Coagulation Factor X (F10), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
