Rabbit anti-Human CLNS1A Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CLNS1A antibody
CLNS1A, ID (Methylosome Subunit pICln, Chloride Conductance Regulatory Protein ICln, I(Cln), Chloride Channel, Nucleotide Sensitive 1A, Chloride Ion Current Inducer Protein, ClCI, Reticulocyte pICln, CLCI, ICLN) (MaxLight 750)
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of CLNS1A Antibody (Center) in HL-60 and Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CLNS1A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma reacted with CLNS1A Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of hela cells using CLNS1A Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein that functions in multiple regulatory pathways. The encoded protein complexes with numerous cytosolic proteins and performs diverse functions including regulation of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biosynthesis, platelet activation and cytoskeletal organization. The protein is also found associated with the plasma membrane where it functions as a chloride current regulator. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 1, 4 and 6. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2015]
Uniprot Description
ICLN: The interaction with Sm proteins inhibits their assembly on U RNA and interferes with snRNP biogenesis. Inhibits the binding of survival motor neuron protein (SMN) to Sm proteins. May participate in cellular volume control by activation of a swelling-induced chloride conductance pathway. Belongs to the pICln (TC 1.A.47) family.

Product Notes
The CLNS1A clns1a (Catalog #AAA6469525) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CLNS1A, ID (Methylosome Subunit pICln, Chloride Conductance Regulatory Protein ICln, I(Cln), Chloride Channel, Nucleotide Sensitive 1A, Chloride Ion Current Inducer Protein, ClCI, Reticulocyte pICln, CLCI, ICLN) (MaxLight 750) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CLNS1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CLNS1A clns1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CLNS1A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
