Rabbit anti-Human CEBPG Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CEBPG antibody
CEBPG (CCAAT/Enhancer-binding Protein gamma, C/EBP gamma) (AP)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The C/EBP family of transcription factors regulates viral and cellular CCAAT/enhancer element-mediated transcription. C/EBP proteins contain the bZIP region, which is characterized by two motifs in the C-terminal half of the protein: a basic region involved in DNA binding and a leucine zipper motif involved in dimerization. The C/EBP family consist of several related proteins, C/EBP alpha, C/EBP beta, C/EBP gamma, and C/EBP delta, that form homodimers and that form heterodimers with each other. CCAAT/enhancer binding protein gamma may cooperate with Fos to bind PRE-I enhancer elements. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. Product Notes
The CEBPG cebpg (Catalog #AAA6373609) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CEBPG (CCAAT/Enhancer-binding Protein gamma, C/EBP gamma) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CEBPG can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CEBPG cebpg for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CEBPG, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
