Uniprot Description
CCDC62: Nuclear receptor coactivator that can enhance preferentially estrogen receptors ESR1 and ESR2 transactivation. Modulates also progesterone/PGR, glucocorticoid/NR3C1 and androgen/AR receptors transactivation, although at lower level; little effect on vitamin D receptor/VDR. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Cancer Testis Antigen (CTA)
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 12q24.31
Cellular Component: nucleoplasm; cytoplasm; plasma membrane; nucleus

Biological Process: positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter
Product Notes
The CCDC62 ccdc62 (Catalog #
AAA6281837) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CCDC62, CT (CCDC62, Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 62, Protein TSP-NY, Protein aaa) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CCDC62 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50-100 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCDC62 ccdc62 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of
"CCDC62, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of
the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always
suggest centrifuging these vials
to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to
opening. Please be advised that
certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an
additional dry ice fee may also be
required.
