Related Product Information for anti-Cav3.1 antibody
Voltage-activated calcium channels can be distinguished based on their voltage-dependence, deactivation, and single-channel conductance. See MIM 601011. Low-voltage-activated calcium channels are referred to as 'T' type because their currents are both transient, owing to fast inactivation, and tiny, owing to small conductance. T-type channels are thought to be involved in pacemaker activity, low-threshold calcium spikes, neuronal oscillations and resonance, and rebound burst firing.

Product Notes

The Cav3.1 (Catalog #AAA628076) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Cav3.1 (CACNA1G) (Calcium Channel, Voltage-Dependent, T Type, Alpha 1G Subunit, Cacna1g) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Cav3.1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA). Suitable for use in ELISA. Dilution: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:32,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Cav3.1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cav3.1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
