Related Product Information for anti-AP1M1 antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is the medium chain of the trans-Golgi network clathrin-associated protein complex AP-1. The other components of this complex are beta-prime-adaptin, gamma-adaptin, and the small chain AP1S1. This complex is located at the Golgi vesicle and links clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles. These vesicles are involved in endocytosis and Golgi processing. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct protein isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq].

Product Notes

The AP1M1 ap1m1 (Catalog #AAA6274016) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AP1M1, ID (AP1M1, CLTNM, AP-1 complex subunit mu-1, AP-mu chain family member mu1A, Adaptor protein complex AP-1 mu-1 subunit, Adaptor-related protein complex 1 mu-1 subunit, Clathrin assembly protein complex 1 medium chain 1, Clathrin coat assembly prote reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's AP1M1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:100-500 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the AP1M1 ap1m1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "AP1M1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
