Procedure
Chickens were immunized with purified mouse IgG isolated from pooled normal mouse serum. Eggs were collected and the resulting antibodies were solid phase adsorbed vs. Human IgG and Rabbit IgG before being immunoaffinity purified off a Mouse IgG immunoabsorbant.
