Related Product Information for anti-ALG10B antibody
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against ALG10B. It was validated on Western Blot

Target Description: ALG10B is a putative alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase, which adds the third glucose residue to the lipid-linked oligosaccharide precursor for N-linked glycosylation. ALG10B transfers glucose from dolichyl phosphate glucose (Dol-P-Glc) onto the lipid-linked oligosaccharide Glc2Man9GlcNAc(2)-PP-Dol. When coupled to KCNH2 may reduce KCNH2 sensitivity to classic proarrhythmic drug blockade, possibly by mediating glycosylation of KCNH2.

Product Notes

The ALG10B alg10b (Catalog #AAA3217451) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ALG10B Antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ALG10B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ALG10B alg10b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: SVGNFYLLYL LFHKVQPRNK AASSIQRVLS TLTLAVFPTL YFFNFLYYTE. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ALG10B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
