Applicable Applications for anti-Adrb3 antibody
Peptide ELISA (EIA)
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 48kDa band in Mouse fetal Brain lysates after 0.1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 43. 0kDa according to NP_038490.2. The 48kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
Peptide with sequence C-EARQSPPLNRFD, from the internal region (near C Terminus) of the protein sequence according to NP_038490.2.
Epitope
Internal region (near C Terminus)
Note
The immunizing peptide represents part of an intracellular domain.
Preparation and Storage
Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

Uniprot Description

ADRB3: Beta-adrenergic receptors mediate the catecholamine- induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. Beta-3 is involved in the regulation of lipolysis and thermogenesis. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Adrenergic receptor subfamily. ADRB3 sub-subfamily.

Product Notes

The Adrb3 adrb3 (Catalog #AAA422834) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Goat anti-Adrb3 (mouse, intracellular) Antibody reacts with Expected from sequence similarity: Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Adrb3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Peptide ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Adrb3 adrb3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: EARQSPPLNR FD. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Adrb3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
