Related Product Information for anti-CD105 antibody
CD105, also known as endoglin, is a 90 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed on the cell surface as a disulfide-linked homodimer and is found on endothelial cells. CD105 is one of several receptors for the various isoforms of TGF? which in turn is one of a family of proteins involved in regulation of cell differentiation, migration of cells, and control on the immune response.

Product Notes

The CD105 (Catalog #AAA679326) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Human CD105-FITC reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD105 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Formalin/Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunoblotting (IB), Purification. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD105 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD105, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
